Good to know

The single room efficiency is comfortable and stylish, featuring a large king size bed, en suite bathroom, and sitting area for 2. Large Flat Screen Smart HD TV and High Speed Internet. Kitchenette includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, coffee cups, and wine glasses. While it does not have a sink, we do include disposables for convenience. Outside of your private entry, you will find a secluded patio area with high top table, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or glass of wine.

1. Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: After 4:00 PM (early check-in may be available; exact timing will be confirmed on the day of arrival). Check-Out: By 10:00 AM (late check-out is NOT available due to cleaning schedule). 2. Eligibility Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on the premises for the entire stay. Location Restrictions: We do not accept bookings from residents of Broward County or Miami-Dade County. 3. Noise & Parties No Parties or Loud Gatherings: This is a private residential neighborhood, and parties or loud gatherings of any kind are not permitted. Consideration of neighbors is essential. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (strictly enforced by the city of Fort Lauderdale). 4. Plumbing & Cleanliness Toilets: Only toilet paper should be flushed. A $250 fee will apply if a plumber is needed due to misuse. No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A $250 fine will be charged if the house smells of smoke. 5. Liability Waiver By booking this property, you agree to assume full responsibility and liability for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during your stay. This includes but is not limited to accidents on the property or from misuse of house amenities. 6. A home away from home.... I had an incredible stay! The lodging was spotless, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The host spoiled me with my favorite coffee and had my beach plans already setup and easy to go. Parking was easy and available with no issue. The studio was spotless clean and fully equipped with great amenities. The bed was cozy, as I slept like a baby under fantastic AC unit and the space felt like a true home away from home. Location is perfect - close airport and plenty of hot spots. The host went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed — from early check in options to checking on my stay to make sure I was comfortable. It’s rare to find a host so attentive, kind, and genuinely committed to creating a great guest experience that should be commended. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for top-tier hospitality and comfort! Definitely will be back again & tx U.

This was a perfect little spot for our weekend. The check-in/check-out was easy. The room and linens were very clean. There was a small refrigerator/freezer and a coffee maker. We walked in the area and we were about 15 minutes from the beach. The hosts provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. And there was plenty of sunblock in the bathroom cabinet! We would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The private studio, located to the side of the home, offered a peaceful and enjoyable experience. The space was exactly as described in the listing—immaculately clean, well-appointed with thoughtful amenities, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to feel right at home. The location was also ideal—just a two-minute drive to Target, with plenty of shopping centers, restaurants, and plazas nearby. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt extremely safe, which is something I truly value. Derek was an excellent host—very responsive and thoughtful. He reached out to ensure my check-in went smoothly, which I appreciated. Overall, I would rate this Airbnb a 10 out of 10. If you’re considering booking it, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed. Derek’s place looked exactly the same like the pictures. Very clean and a comfy King size bed. Very close to everything and beaches. Great location and very easy to access. Derek is a great host and was attentive to our needs. Beach chairs were helpful. The studio apt is good for short stays and although it doesn’t have a traditional kitchen, there are a lot of good restaurants nearby especially a Thai restaurant nearby. We will definitely stay there in future, if available. Thank you Derek.

Had a wonderful stay at Derek's studio. The location is central to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer and it's super convenient to all areas around the city. The studio itself has everything you need as most common items are already stocked for use. The communication was great throughout the stay with Derek and he was clear with all of his instructions. I highly recommend this spot for all who wish to explore Fort Lauderdale. You will have a blast!
