While we want you to have a carefree vacation, we need to ask that you please abide by these basic house rules. Please let us know if you have any questions. - Must be at least 25 years old to book - No smoking in the house - No events or parties (no more than 10 people on the property at any given time) - Only flush toilet paper Pool Restrictions: Swim at your own risk and please NO diving! No children in swimming pool under the age of 12 without an adult present. Please, no glass in pool area. Please do not adjust pool equipment settings. Air Conditioning: System is not to be run below 74 degrees at all times. If leaving premises, it is asked that temperature be turned up to 78 degrees until your return. BBQ Grill: Please clean grill after use or there will be a $25 service charge. Parking: Guests must park in the driveway, maximum of 3 cars. Noise limits are set at 65 decibels, which is normal conversation, from 7am to 10pm. There is a noise ordinance from 10pm to 7am. The neighbors should not be able to hear you.
