This home is one street off Wilton Drive, so the location is ridiculously convenient. Because you’re so close to the action, there can be some noise from nearby bars and restaurants, especially on weekends. Florida also comes with Florida bugs. We keep the place professionally treated, but you may still see the occasional visitor. Bug spray is under the kitchen sink, and we’re happy to come by and spray during the week if you want a refresh. This is a duplex. Each side has its own private entrance, private yard space, and its own washer and dryer located just outside the back door in the utility room. The yard is very relaxing and gets great shade from the palms. The home has fast WiFi, smart TV, and cold AC. The property is all on one level with simple access in and out. Parking is easy with up to two spots right out front.
