Outside of your private entry, you will find a secluded patio area with high top table, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or glass of wine.

Noise & Parties No Parties or Loud Gatherings: This is a private residential neighborhood, and parties or loud gatherings of any kind are not permitted. Consideration of neighbors is essential. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (strictly enforced by the city of Fort Lauderdale). 4. Plumbing & Cleanliness Toilets: Only toilet paper should be flushed. A $250 fee will apply if a plumber is needed due to misuse. No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A $250 fine will be charged if the house smells of smoke. 5. Liability Waiver By booking this property, you agree to assume full responsibility and liability for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during your stay. This includes but is not limited to accidents on the property or from misuse of house amenities. 6.
