1. Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: After 4:00 PM (early check-in may be available; exact timing will be confirmed on the day of arrival). Check-Out: By 10:00 AM (late check-out is NOT available due to cleaning schedule). 2. Eligibility Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on the premises for the entire stay. Location Restrictions: We do not accept bookings from residents of Broward County or Miami-Dade County. 3. Noise & Parties No Parties or Loud Gatherings: This is a private residential neighborhood, and parties or loud gatherings of any kind are not permitted. Consideration of neighbors is essential. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (strictly enforced by the city of Fort Lauderdale). 4. Plumbing & Cleanliness Toilets: Only toilet paper should be flushed. A $250 fee will apply if a plumber is needed due to misuse. No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A $250 fine will be charged if the house smells of smoke. 5. Liability Waiver By booking this property, you agree to assume full responsibility and liability for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during your stay. This includes but is not limited to accidents on the property or from misuse of house amenities. 6. The entire unit is private WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE POOL and the laundry facilities in the garage adjacent to this unit. Laundry is shared and will occasionally be used by guests in the other unit. POOL HOURS ARE 8 AM-8 PM. NOISE MUST BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM. NO SPEAKERS.

My stay here was absolutely amazing! From check-in to check-out, I felt completely at home. The space was spotless, well-designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect. It is within walking distance of a mall, food spots, a Publix. Plus, it was just a short drive to plenty of nightlife options, which made it even better! I especially enjoyed spending time by the pool. You can tell Derek and the team put a lot of care and effort into maintaining the place and making sure guests have a great experience. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay.

Tons of value for this unit. You cannot beat the price for what you get. Great location, surrounded by amazing restaurants. Need a smaller place that wouldn’t break the bank? This is it. Our kids were happy and Derek was extremely communicative throughout our stay! Highly recommend

Derek’s space was perfect and just what we needed for a long term stay during our medicals. The location was perfect and near to gyms, cafes, churches, malls and a beautiful yoga studio. The apartment was comfortable with lovely beds and a spacious layout which was needed during our afternoons and napping. The central air was perfect and the outdoor seating offered us a different view. We used the pool a few times and can’t recommend Derek’s hospitality and checking in enough. We will book for our return once available. Top experience. 🤍💫

Amazing stay, My family & I stayed for 2 weeks and every night was amazing. Pool service was AMAZING (Always clean) Home was so at peace & clean when we arrived. Parking was great! Everyone was amazing; I’d stay here again.

This home was perfect! It was close to everything (supermarkets, shopping, the beach)! It was literally in the perfect location. The home was clean, nicely decorated and up-to-date. The host Derek was super responsive and gave clear instructions. I will definitely be renting this home again the next time I come to Fort Lauderdale. Perfect for 4 people
