Check-Out: By 10:00 AM (late check-out is NOT available due to cleaning schedule). 2. Eligibility Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on the premises for the entire stay. Location Restrictions: We do not accept bookings from residents of Broward County or Miami-Dade County. 3. Noise & Parties No Parties or Loud Gatherings: This is a private residential neighborhood, and parties or loud gatherings of any kind are not permitted. Consideration of neighbors is essential. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (strictly enforced by the city of Fort Lauderdale). 4. Plumbing & Cleanliness Toilets: Only toilet paper should be flushed. A $250 fee will apply if a plumber is needed due to misuse. No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A $250 fine will be charged if the house smells of smoke. 5. Liability Waiver By booking this property, you agree to assume full responsibility and liability for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during your stay. This includes but is not limited to accidents on the property or from misuse of house amenities. 6. Derek was very responsive. The place extremely clean and cozy. Loved the glass side door overlooking the patio area. He was a very good guy to deal with. Will definitely stay again when in area.

Amazing place to stay! Felt right at home and also pampered. Aesthetically pleasant and in a great peaceful location. Beds were cozy and comfortable, bathroom cleans, AC cold and noise-free. Kitchen had everything you could need as well. It was the best two weeks I could ask for. I’m going to miss the downstairs convenience store trips and evenings at Brewfish too! Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming duplex and it was beautifully decorated. The location was perfect—close to supermarkets, local shops, cafes, reétaurants and beach, making it very convenient to get around. The neighborhood itself was quiet and safe, providing a relaxing environment. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook my meals. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary toiletries provided. Overall, I was glad to have found this place and I would stay here again.
