Guests have access to a private fully gated home at the footsteps of Wilton drive. Huge private, fenced yard that is overlooked by the large front custom built deck. House has two full bedrooms and bathrooms and a comfortable living/dining area with dining that seats up to six. Kitchen is fully remodeled with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and washer dryer.

House Rules

1. Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: After 4:00 PM (early check-in may be available; exact timing will be confirmed on the day of arrival). Check-Out: By 10:00 AM (late check-out is NOT available due to cleaning schedule). 2. Eligibility Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on the premises for the entire stay. Location Restrictions: We do not accept bookings from residents of Broward County or Miami-Dade County. 3. Noise & Parties No Parties or Loud Gatherings: This is a private residential neighborhood, and parties or loud gatherings of any kind are not permitted. Consideration of neighbors is essential. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (strictly enforced by the city of Wilton Manors). 4. Plumbing & Cleanliness Toilets: Only toilet paper should be flushed. A $250 fee will apply if a plumber is needed due to misuse. No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A $250 fine will be charged if the house smells of smoke. 5. Liability Waiver By booking this property, you agree to assume full responsibility and liability for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during your stay. This includes but is not limited to accidents on the property or from misuse of house amenities. 6. Wilton Manors is a thriving community with at least a dozen restaurants and shops within a short walk from the home. Tulio's Tacos, Apt F, Bubbles & Pearls, Ethos Greek Restaurant, Chef Nates, George’s Alibi, Via Via Italian, Almacen de Empanadas, What the Pho, Tee Jay Thai, and Java Boys are just a few to name the lease. These are all a VERY short walk (please see map, all between 1-5 minutes).

We had a fantastic stay at Derek’s place in Fort Lauderdale! The home was clean, stylish, and super comfortable—exactly as described, if not better. We loved the cozy living space, fully stocked kitchen, and especially the peaceful outdoor patio. The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shops, but in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Derek was a great host—friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions and great local tips. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. This spot was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Derek’s place was one of the nicer places I’ve stayed. It was decorated very nice with adequate space. Bathrooms & Kitchen were immaculate! The neighborhood was very quaint, private and quiet. Walkable to some great restaurants. Bed’s were super comfy and the house was stocked with everything you could need. Check-in & out were a breeze. Derek checked in with me via text during my stay to see how check in was and if I needed anything upon my arrival & sent a nice text the evening before check-out with check out instructions and thanked me for staying. My partner and I live in the same neighborhood as this home. We had a number of friends in town for a week and not enough beds for everyone, so we reserved Derek's place as a "guest house". This will now be our go-to plan for anytime we have company - it worked perfectly! This home is an absolute gem. The front porch is such a nice place for morning coffee or chatting with others. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless. (I can put up with a lot from a vacation rental, but if the beds and bath aren't up to my standards, nothing can make up for that. No such worries at this place!) We could not have been happier with Derek's level of communication and helpful info, both before and during our friends' stay. We love having this home and our neighborhood and Derek is a very conscientious property owner and host. We will definitely continue to make use of this beautiful home for our next gathering of friends and family. Thank you, Derek!

Just book it! The Bungalow is an amazing place! Derek is a fantastic host. The Bungalow will be my first choice every time if I stay in the Ft. Lauderdale area!! He’s also very responsive and helpful. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in.

Derek’s place is a fantastic choice. Great and unique location. Go to the beach, walk the beautiful neighborhood, dine in wonderful local restaurants you simply walk to, enjoy the breezes on the relaxing porch, and revel in the well appointed and comfortable interior. One of the most well maintained properties I have rented. My dogs loved the front yard space. We will be back! Thank you, Derek for the wonderful and lovely value!

We had such a great stay at this adorable bungalow on Wilton Drive! The home was spotless upon arrival and felt cozy and welcoming throughout. The huge front porch was absolutely perfect for entertaining—it quickly became our favorite hangout spot. You really can’t beat the location either—right in the heart of all the action, just steps away from the restaurants, bars, and energy of downtown Wilton. It was the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. Would definitely stay here again!
