Welcome to a clean, thoughtfully styled retreat that feels comfortable the moment you walk in. The bright living room features a large sectional and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Both bedrooms are calm and cozy with crisp linens, soft lighting, and their own smart TVs. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for everyday cooking, complete with a Keurig, complimentary K-cups, tea bags, sweeteners, spices, and an electric tea kettle. The bathroom is spotless and well equipped with a bidet and a great handheld shower head. You’ll be within walking distance to everything Wilton Drive has to offer, with restaurants, bars, and entertainment just steps away. Two dedicated parking spots are included for your convenience.

1. Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: After 3:00 PM (early check-in may be available; exact timing will be confirmed on the day of arrival). Check-Out: By 11:00 AM (late check-out is not possible). 2. Guests and Parking Maximum 4 guests per booking. No outside visitors without host consent. Maximum 2 vehicles per booking. 3. Eligibility Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on the premises for the entire stay. Location Restrictions: We do not accept bookings from residents of Broward County or Miami-Dade County. 4. Noise & Parties No Parties or Loud Gatherings: This is a private residential neighborhood, and parties or loud gatherings of any kind are not permitted. Consideration of neighbors is essential. 5. Smoking / Vaping Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside the unit. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, candles, and any other substance. Any violation will result in a $300 cleaning fee to cover deodorizing and remediation.

The unit includes a private washer and dryer for your convenience. For beach days, we provide two beach chairs and four beach towels. There is additional public parking located directly across the property. Additional parking is free at all City lots every day from 3 a.m. to 6 p.m
