We just spent 5 fantastic nights at the "Sunshine Paradise 3/2 Heated Pool Home" in Fort Lauderdale, and it was truly a dream! The heated pool was the absolute highlight, sparkling clean and the perfect temperature. We all loved the provided floaties, especially the toddler car floaty which our little one adored – she's obsessed with cars, so it was a huge hit! We also got a kick out of watching the iguanas that would visit in the afternoons. The house itself was super comfortable and well-equipped. We cooked a few meals, and having utilities and seasoningsalready there was incredibly helpful. It was also great to have a washer and dryer on hand. The master bedroom with its king-size bed and super comfortable pillows made for amazing sleep. Derek, the host, was fantastic – so quick and responsive whenever we had a question. The location felt private but was still super convenient. We had such a wonderful, relaxing, and fun family trip. We'd highly recommend it! ☺️☺️☺️

We had a fantastic stay at Derek’s place in Fort Lauderdale! The home was clean, stylish, and super comfortable—exactly as described, if not better. We loved the cozy living space, fully stocked kitchen, and especially the peaceful outdoor patio. The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shops, but in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Derek was a great host—friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions and great local tips. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. This spot was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved this oasis,the scenery was breathtakingly beautiful the privacy was top tier 🥰🥰the pool was very clean warm even at night everything was so very well thought out we will most definitely be return guest and the butterflies loved us

The stay at Derek's Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The place was impeccably clean and felt so welcoming, a true home away from home. I appreciated the recommendations for nearby restaurants and the pool was cleaned and the bathrooms were my favorite with the bidet on the toilet was appreciated. Both Derek and George were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever there were questions. The rooms were nice size and beds were soft and comfortable. The time spent there was enjoyable and it is highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Fort Lauderdale.

We had a wonderful stay. Backyard was where we spent most our time and we highly enjoyed the private pool. Location was great with just a short drive to the beach and restaurants. Communication with the host was clear with quick response. I would definitely recommend this property and we look forward to returning.

A home away from home.... I had an incredible stay! The lodging was spotless, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The host spoiled me with my favorite coffee and had my beach plans already setup and easy to go. Parking was easy and available with no issue. The studio was spotless clean and fully equipped with great amenities. The bed was cozy, as I slept like a baby under fantastic AC unit and the space felt like a true home away from home. Location is perfect - close airport and plenty of hot spots. The host went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed — from early check in options to checking on my stay to make sure I was comfortable. It’s rare to find a host so attentive, kind, and genuinely committed to creating a great guest experience that should be commended. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for top-tier hospitality and comfort! Definitely will be back again & tx U.

Amazing stay, My family & I stayed for 2 weeks and every night was amazing. Pool service was AMAZING (Always clean) Home was so at peace & clean when we arrived. Parking was great! Everyone was amazing; I’d stay here again.

This homes is conveniently located near Fort Lauderdale beach & Las Olas Boulevard(offers exceptional dining and retail shopping options). In addition, a beautiful/serene feature of this house is the private pool/backyard. The pool was a very nice size. I definitely would say this is a great location for families with children and or a group of friends. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were very comfortable, clean, modern and spacious. Derek and George were excellent host and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was a perfect little spot for our weekend. The check-in/check-out was easy. The room and linens were very clean. There was a small refrigerator/freezer and a coffee maker. We walked in the area and we were about 15 minutes from the beach. The hosts provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. And there was plenty of sunblock in the bathroom cabinet! We would definitely stay here again.

Came down to catch my breath for a few days before the summer commitments of having a teenager kicked in. I looked at several options before deciding on this mainly for the outdoor living space. Being able to cook, eat, lounge, sun and swim outside was super appealing to me and this place checked all the boxes. Location was great, hosts were super nice and everything was very clean. I would totally stay here again next time I am down!
