Derek was an awesome host. Very accommodating, provided a high chair & pack n play for our child. Very responsive. Allowed our dog to stay as well. House was very clean and well put together. Pool was very clear and clean. Beds and pillows felt like sleeping on a cloud. We enjoyed our stay very much, and we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else when we visit Florida again! If you’re thinking about booking with Derek, do it. Thanks for the great time, Derek!

Derek was proactive with information for check in and check out, even including a binder with all you would need for a great worry free stay.This place had everything I was looking for and more. The pool and yard coupled with the iguanas and the neighborhood ducks really transports you to what feels like your own private oasis. The stay exceeded my expectations and was a place I would look forward to rebooking in the future.
